All foreign call centers have dedicated lines for connectivity . In case of any problem with a particular line, the system will switch over to an alternate connection. The switch over is usually instantaneous. However, there only a few bandwidth providers for most countries and in case there is a cut in the undersea cable, connectivity is affected.
